1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by IdealFocus ICT Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

IdealFocus provides ICT solutions including but not limited to: Starlink installation, CCTV camera systems, networking and security, alarm systems, PABX telephone systems, biometrics, solar systems, and gate motor installation. All services are subject to availability and site assessment.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in USD or ZWL as agreed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on material cost changes or scope modifications.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% is required before commencement of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. The balance is due upon completion of installation. Late payments may attract a 5% monthly interest charge.

5. Warranty

All installations carry a workmanship warranty of 12 months from the date of completion. Hardware warranties are as per manufacturer terms. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, lightning, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

IdealFocus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation of services after work has commenced may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Any materials already purchased for the project will be charged to the client.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Zimbabwean courts.
